Car did not arrive until 5 minutes…
Car did not arrive until 5 minutes after arrival and the price was ultimately much higher than competitors because it did not include gratuity. This was not clear.

I am very sorry to hear that your car was 5 minutes late. We will make sure it never happens again. Regarding gratuity not included in the quoted rate, Unfortunately, we think gratuity should be optional on point to point and airport transportation, and we did provide detailed reservation confirmation email indicating what is included in the total.
