Customer service could be best but it's good company
Update: After a long wait, the product arrived. It is true that communication with the customer could be more assertive; it is also true that there it was communication. The package was late but finally 2 of these are arrived, this makes me think that there was a problem with the delivery. I informed them that I had received the item twice and they offered me to keep both. So we were all happy. I will soon update on the use of the product.

This product works, not like another brand I tried.
This product works. I have another brand of laser hair removal and it didn't seem to work so I ordered this one. Great product. My wife wants me to remove all the hair from my neck done. My legs are almost completely hairless, along with my arms and underarms. I need more time for my chest hair but it's starting to work. Very happy with my 5MinSkin Laser. And it's extremely easy to use.
