Scamming site with fake product reviews .
On the pages of this scamming site is written they send items 7-10 days . Shipment wasn't sent for 2 weeks . After i complained i haven't received item they've just sent mail with tracking number . Package with 0.01kg wight was sent day after complain and will take one month to reach my address . Stay away from these sites or products.

I recently placed an order on your official website for the 5minskin photoepilator. However, I received the wrong item – a Pelcas Mini Dermaplaning Tool – instead of the product I originally ordered. Order Details: Order Number: [S166100] I contacted customer support, and they replied that they would soon send me the correct order. However, it has been almost two weeks, and there is still no update. Customer support is no longer responding to my emails, and I received the wrong order.

Like others, I ordered mine a week ago and it has not shipped. Sent an email for an update and actually received a response but it was details I already knew, that it has a tracking number for shipment but stated it was “fulfilled”. After days of no movement I emailed them yesterday to cancel my order and received no response. Emailed a second time in the afternoon to confirm the cancellation. Again no response. I understand it’s the holiday season and they are busy with orders, but there should be disclaimers on the website stating to expect delays in shipping so customers can take that in to account before ordering. Having “quick 2-4 day delivery” leads one to believe their order will be processed in a timely manner and the product will be received within days of ordering.

Order my product on November 22
Order my product on November 22. It has been sitting in a warehouse in the US since December 1. Today is the 14th. I emailed them and asked for a refund. They told me they can’t do that until I get the package. What if I never get the package? I called and was given some bull shit and that I should give it a few more days. All I want is my money back. I shop on line all the time and this is the worst company I have ever dealt with.

3 weeks and order still hasn't shipped
3 weeks and order still hasn't shipped I placed my order on November 22 expecting 2 to 4 day fast and free delivery. It's now December 13 and I have not yet received the order. I have emailed twice requesting a status update and received a response within a day that my order would be shipped within the next few business days. I emailed on December 2 requesting a refund since it is taking so long, I still have not received a reply to that email though. I did get an email from Veronica, the proud founder of this company, requesting a review of my experience, so here you go, it would be zero stars if that was an option.

stopped working very quickly and not support from the company
I bought the product 1 year a go, I used 1 every week for 2 months and, and them like 1 every tow weeks. The hair still there , it does not work well and in top of everything, now is not working! I contact the company, and they said that they will not fix it or replace! don't waist your money, buy something else.
