I ordered the products and later changed my mind about it. So, I returned it. It's been over a month since I returned it and still no refund. I called and never able to get through. I don't recommit this product. There quick to take the money out of your account but not refund it. Please stay away of this.

The company responsed,3/16 stating they have sent emails. We have been emailing and I have still not received the refund $135 promised. Terrible customer service. They have not refunded my money after 31 days of waiting. They confirmed 10 days ago that they received the returned product but have NOT deposited the money into my account. I’m enraged by the audacity of this company to not prioritize the returning of a customers money. The product wasn’t even used! The instructions said not to use if you have a specific condition or are while on a specific medication—both of which I have/take. I didn’t see this info anywhere else so it was disappointing when I got the product and realized I had to return it. Now I’m further disappointed that I’ve not received my money back. Update: After posting this review, the company suddenly wrote to me saying they refunded my money. So finally, after 4 weeks to the day, I’ve finally got my refund. I’m not impressed by this company at all. Poor business practices and customer service.

I ordered a product, the money has been taken, I have had no email confirmation, I tried to call, email, contact via instagram, I have had no response, nothing, this company cannot be legitimate. I paid via pay pal so hoping to resolve this. They are a con. Do not purchase from them. I would like to add that they have not emailed me as they have said. I have checked my inbox and junk mail, there is no response. They are also deleting and and hiding my instagram comments in my attempt to make contact with them.

I am going to add to the many reviews expressing dissatisfaction over the company’s customer service. I ordered the dermaplaner 3 weeks ago. I received a tracking number and for the last 2 weeks, it shows that the product has been stationary at a USPS facility in Florida. When I emailed 5minskin’s customer service they indicated that the shipment was in transit and that the tracking number should be updated in a few days. The shipment is still in Florida and has not moved. I once again reached out to the company and was told that they had been out of the product and that they just got more in to fulfill mine and everyone else’s order that was waiting. I was once again told that the tracking number should update in the next few days. Why not state that the “item is out of stock and you will be notified of when it comes back in stock”? I purchased an out of stock item! Is that even legal to take my money for a product that they don’t even have?? So my item HASN’T been sitting at a facility in Florida, which btw, is a total misrepresentation of truth and a complete dishonest way of doing business.

It’s been almost a month. The promo code disappeared from order so they said they’d price adjust and haven’t gotten it. I also haven’t received the product either!?

I ordered the product which advertises that it works on all skin types and hair color. I read instructions in product received and it says not for use on fair skin and white hair. They did accept return after multiple requests and no response. # listed was not even answered. I returned it and they acknowledged receiving it. Now 30 dats later No refund received.

The return experience has been awful. The product didn't work well for me, so I decided to return it less than 60 days after purchasing. I have confirmation the product was returned 2 weeks ago. I have reached out to the company three times trying to understand when I will see a refund and have received zero response. If they don't plan to refund my money, why offer a 90-day return?
