The product doesnt work took forever to finally get my money fully refunded but other wise they atleast refunded me the full amount back and allowed me to keep the product even though it did not work with removeing hair perminently after a month and severeal sessions

scammer I paid to return never got my refund. do not waste your money

I purchased this it is crap. I contacted them for a return as they guaranteed 90 day free returns a month later after I threaten them they contacted me then I heard nothing from them again two weeks later they then said I had to pay to send it back or they would give me 40% off and I could keep the item they are fraudulent company. I plan to sue the hell out of this company.

Update: 5MinSkin has asked for more information. I ordered on 16FEB23. Website states will ship in 1-2 business days. Contacted them via email after a week because my order had not been marked fulfilled/shipped. I received email back saying they were delayed in shipping and would ship in the next few business days. I left 2 messages and emailed again. I stated in last email to company if no response in 3 days, I'll be filing chargeback with my credit card company, which I did on 3MAR23. They shipped my order on 09MAR23, received 16MAR23. No explanation regarding delay. No reply to my calls or emails. They seem to have responded to my review here and on BBB as well as chargeback from my credit card. Still have not contacted me regarding the issues!

This company is a SCAM. I ordered a device that arrived very damaged and the packaging was busted open. I emailed support 3 times with no response, not even an automated email. I call the phone number and it was answered by a generic "please hold" message that automatically went to a generic voicemail after 5 min. The second email address on their website bounced back because the domain didn't exist. Save your money and don't get scammed!

All the other reviewers are 100% correct, this product and this company are a fraud. Bought one in November, didn't do ANYTHING to stop or even slow hair growth so I asked for my money back. They gave me an address to send the handset back and I spent $18 to ship it. ONE MONTH LATER, still no refund. They don't answer the phone and they stopped replying to my emails. Follow up/Reply to 5minskin: Your company did NOT issue me a refund. I had to file a case with PayPal! A month later, after reviewing all the documentation, PayPal decided in my favor and PayPal issued me a refund, NOT 5minskin. So pease don't pretend that my refund was your idea or your doing.

The worst experience and a total scam. I waited over 3 weeks for the product to ship and then tried to cancel the order to no avail. The customer support phone number changes frequently and almost never connects you to a person. Email replies are almost non-existent and if you do get a reply, its just lies and delay tactics. I filed a chargeback claim through my bank.
