If there was a zero star option that is what I’d give this company. Customer service will NOT respond to the 3 emails I’ve sent them. DO NOT ORDER from them!

I ordered the Sculpt 2.0 IPL device on 23 April. It arrived 2 1/2 weeks later. After opening the box and reading the directions, I understood that the device will not work for me because of my hair color (something I never saw clearly stated on the website). I immediately emailed customer service and requested a refund. The response I received back stated that the device works great and I should gift the device to someone else (no apology or concern).. They offered me a 50% refund since they said it would be a bigger hassle to return the product. Although I was not happy, I agreed to the discounted refund. Yet, here it is 3 weeks later and I have not received any refund amount. I've sent numerous emails, but always get the same response that they are working to expedite my refund. In my experience 5minskin has terrible customer service and I would not recommend doing business with this company. UPDATE: The refund was issued yesterday, right after this review was published. Thanks Trust Pilot!

So I accidentally ordered the wrong item, I asked for a return label by email. It seems like we emailed back and forth two or three times and I was never sent a return label. I just took it upon myself to eat the charges to send it back. I’m not very impressed at all and I will not be ordering from this company again.

If I could give 5minskin zero stars I would, buyer beware this company is a scam. Good luck trying to get a refund from them, all communication with them is useless. I'll be logging a formal complaint with the BBB.

Bad customer service. I placed an order and 5 minutes after I submitted it realized it was the wrong delivery address. I called twice and sent emails and no one ever responded. So now it is being sent to the wrong address. I will call my credit card company to cancel the charge since I can't seem to get them to respond to correct it. Don't use this company!!! So apparently in spite of the comments below my order is STILL going to the wrong address!!! Credit card company is my next call for a full refund!!!

AVOID AVOID AVOID! I ordered from this company and received an item I could not use as the item had the wrong plug on it for where Iived. I requested a refund and was told it would be in my account soon and I am still waiting for that and a reply to my other emails regarding my refund. TERRIBLE customer service, AVOID at all costs, I am now out of pocket by a lot of money for me!

DO NOT ORDER FROM 5 MIN SKIN! I purchased a laser ipl hair removal device and after 10 weeks it had not provided lasting results as promised. I shipped the item back for a refund March 2 and am still waiting for a refund 2 months later. The customer service has been terribly unprofessional and slow and processing refunds. It's not even worth ordering the item in the first place since it doesn't give the results as promised and now I'm out $250

Laser hair removal product doesn’t work at all. Have used once or twice a week for 4 months with no visible slowing of hair growth. Save your time and money and move on past 5min Skin.
