Absolutely Terrible customer service. I feel scammed. Shipping label was created 45+ days ago. Still no movement. I have spoken with the same customer service agent multiple times. Now after being beyond patient, I can’t get anyone on the phone. No email reply. No product no refund basically scammed me out of my money!!!!!!

I’ve been using this product for longer than the 8 weeks that they claim makes a difference and there has been absolutely no change in hair growth. Safe to say this is a scam product. (P.s. your 5 star reviews all sound extremely scripted/fake).

I started with a Nood device, which felt high-quality and was working great - and then it died. The replacement unit was DOA, so I figured, let's try 5minskin. Huge mistake: the unit felt incredibly dinky, like a toy, not effective, difficult to control, cheaply made. After a few weeks of use I can confirm it wasn't working as well as the Nood had been. But here's the catch: 5minskin gives you a 30 day return window, which isn't long enough to give the device a fair shot (6-8 weeks). After that, you have to FIGHT for a refund. I think the only reason I got one is because I'd purchased an extended warranty, and I claimed (truthfully) that the machine wasn't working as intended. It took weeks, I've finally got my money back, but I had to pay for return shipping, so essentially I just spent $9 for the "privilege" of spending hours arguing with their "customer service" reps and using a device that doesn't work. Be extremely cautious: I recommend you avoid this "instagram brand" that came out of nowhere and doesn't have real people behind it. If you must experiment (keeping all this in mind) for the love of pete use a payment source where you're confident you will get your money back, like american express. What I am doing now is what I should have done all along: spending the money on a Braun.

I returned my product weeks ago and have been trying to get my money back. Now I have to resort to disputing the charges because they won’t pay me.

I’ve used it twice a week on the highest level for 13 weeks. It hasn’t slowed or stopped hair growth. The only thing its doing is reminding me to shave more often. Don’t buy this thing, its a waste of money. You can’t even leave a review on their site. There’s no place to submit one. Their “return policy” is a joke. They give you 30 days to try it out before you can’t return it, but they claim you need 12 sessions to fully see results. That’s 84 days. No one would see results in that time.

UPDATE: 5minSkin replied below that they refunded me, however, that was days AFTER I wrote the review below, reported them to the Better Business Bureau, filed a fraud claim with my credit card company and blasted them everywhere on social media. So yea, apparently that’s the only way to get a refund. This is NOT a real, trustworthy business. SCAM!! I bought two devices in May 2023. I never opened the devices and decided I wanted to return them after learning they are not FDA cleared. I initiated a return within a couple of weeks. It took FOUR email exchanges before they finally stopped trying to sell me on keeping the devices, which significantly delayed the return dates; they take 2-3 days to respond to anything. Because there was su CB a massive delay on their part, they agreed to extend my return deadline by another week. NOTE: they have to give you their return address and the ONLY way to obtain it is through email with their customer service. Their return instructions also stated that I needed to email them a photo of the shipping receipt reflecting the date of shipment and tracking information. I did that. The item was received by them in two business days and I immediately followed up with them as soon as I received the information that the items were delivered to them. No one responded. They did NOT give me my refund. Now they are refusing to give my me any refund even though they received the items back. I am sharing this here, everywhere, reporting them to the BBB, my state’s department of consumer protection and filing a fraud claim with my credit card company. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I would give the product a zero if possible. It does not work. I did receive a product and it powers on. However, it does not eliminate any hair whatsoever.

The item did not work how I was hoping. I contacted customer service regarding the 30 day return policy and was told I could return the item. However the item was sent back and confirmed received by the company on July 27th and I still have not received my refund. I have tried calling and can not get anyone on the phone and they have stopped responding to my emails. Very poor customer service.
