Great customer support
Great customer support. Ordered online a handheld, made an error and wrote an email to ask for assistance and within an hour I received a response and they corrected the issue with no run around or issues with payments. It was great to receive such a quick and courteous response email and a timely correction with no hassles. Can’t wait for my order to arrive and start my hair removal process!

Fantastic Customer Service
I had a little trouble with my order, probably my fault. Just as I was clicking "submit your order" I realized the order was for 2 items instead of 1. I emailed customer service and they rectified the problem right away. I was so pleased that I didn't have to receive two items, return one and wait for a credit. Thank you for the great customer service. A thing that is sorely lacking in this day and age. As for the product. I've had it just a couple of week and I've used it 4 times since I received it. It is painless, quick and easy. The device is easy to hold and feels good in the hand. Right now I am just using it on my upper lip but if it can tackle that, I will use it on more areas. So far, I'm not seeing a reduced re-growth but I've only used it 4 times on the lowest setting. I plan to ramp that up this week. I'm looking forward to never having to pluck my upper lip or chin again. Thanks you 5minskin!

Excellent Customer Service
I have not received my product yet, but wanted to review the customer service I did receive. On ordering I made a mistake and ordered two items. When I contacted the customer service department, they were very quick to rectify my mistake. I can’t say I have received such quick and efficient help for a long time anywhere else. I will review the product after I receive it.

5minskin is pure magic
5minskin is pure magic. Hair removal is a painstaking task but this product made it easy, time effective, and efficient. I can’t recommend it enough. Having smooth skin without the pain, time, and investment it usually comes with has truly been a blessing. Do yourself a favor and get this product.
