Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service! Immediate response from representatives to my inquiry regarding cracked lens on device. Sending a new device after sending pictures with no problem at all. I'm not sure why there are people who are unhappy with their purchase or the customer service because I have been completely satisfied and the representatives have been nothing but delightful! The unit will get hot, it is a laser, that is a given. If you are concerned about your type of skin, hair color, skin issues, etc. check before you purchase. These things are common sense. You cannot blame the company for your lack of effort before purchase. I will step down from my soap box now, but this company deserves better reviews than it has received, and I want potential customers to have an honest, transparent review.

I've used the device for three weeks…
I've used the device for three weeks now and I like the result. I already notice the difference! I haven’t shaved my legs in 8 days and I’m just now starting to get prickly hairs!

I had a problem with my power cord and…
I had a problem with my power cord and 5minskin made it right as soon as I e-mailed them they got right back to me really fast. They fixed. everything really quick and were very nice about everything. I would definitely recommend 5minskin to my family and friends. Thank you for heing such an awesome business. It seems like you really care about your customers and that means a lot, because most companies today really don't give two s**** about anyone.
