Product is terrible. Customer service is non existent. I never write reviews, however, I am hoping to save someone from wasting their money. This product does not work. 0 results after using 3-4 x per week for several weeks. Now, the machine has a lag and sometimes doesn't even flash. I tried to reach out to the company to no avail. I filed a complaint with BBB, 5minskin said a member of the team would reach out. They never did. Now I am outside of the 90 day return window with a product that doesn't work, and that is basically broken as well. Interesting way to run a business. Or maybe I just got scammed! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

I used it for 8 weeks all hairbgrew back. Also glass peice missing from the end. Using it did not hurt but left burned skin a few days later. Could be because the glass was missing. Emailed them but no answer.

I noticed a charge on my account from this company for $179.00. I reported it to my bank they were to investigate. I then received a package from the account and i immediately marked it Return to sender I did not order this. My bank reported that I had benefited and allowed the $179.00 charge on my account!!!

I am really angry that I am trying to contact 5minskin, and I cannot get hold of anyone. I have tried both email addresses that I can to contact someone. No effect. I have tried telephoning in the USA where apparently their head office is, but feel this is all a big scam, and what a fool I am for having fallen for it. From the information I expected my order to be swift in arriving but no. I am kicking myself that I didn't use PayPal and I want my money back, and would advise others not to bother with this scam,

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! I used this device, that does in fact get extremely hot, for 8 weeks and there was absolutely no difference. I have fair skin and very dark hair so I know it’s not because my hair is too light. Also I had an issue processing my order and when I looked the next day I was charged for 2 but told there was nothing they could do and I couldn’t send it back or have a refund? PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!

I thought I would try this since I saw people were getting some results. I should have believed the reviews. I purchased this unit, plugged it in, had issues on the first time with it coming on. I got maybe 5 times from this unit. It's super cheap looking and would burn when I got it close to my skin, even though it states to press firmly. Total waste, I was really hoping this would work but the unit is made very cheap, doesn't work and I didn't really see any results. I emailed and called to send it back but they told me I had to take a video and upload it to them in order for me to even do that. They ended up giving me a refund which I appreciate it but it's just too much of a process for a promised laser that does not work from the first go.

Buyer be very aware. This is a horrible product, as it gets very hot just after 2 minutes. Then you have to wait a minimum of 20 minutes to use it again. Extremely disappointed with the device, and even more with their customer service. For 2 weeks I left multiple voice mails, wanting to return the device. No response. During the purchase, website fails to mention a 10% restocking fee. Dubious business practice. Since they refuse to provide address for return, I will send it to their Miami address. Does the 10% restocking fee include postage? I will have dispute the charge with my credit card, once they receive the product back. I wish I had never come across their advertisement. Very disappointed.
