Hala ürünler elime ulaşmadı. Gümrükte görünüyor ama bir haftadan fazla oldu. Gümrükte bu kadar beklemesi normal mi bilmiyorum.

The worst experience ever, do not buy from them if you are overseas. I placed an order a month ago and the order did not move for a month too. Contacted support and they said: "We apologize for the incovenience occuring. It seems like your order has been left behind by our warehouse colleaguees and it wasn't dispatched correctly. We would like to prepare it and send it again, this time using FedEx express delivery in 4 -5 days if that's ok?" I said it is fine. You know what she responded: "We are ready to ship your order through FedEx dangerous goods but the shipping cost isn't covered. There are 50 euros to be paid to ship your order with fast delivery. Are you willing to pay for the 50 euros or do you prefer to cancel the order?" So after a month of waiting, their stupid mistake, and they want me to pay for the shipping. Mind you that I contacted them a week before that. She said oh the delivery time is still respected. Very stupid company with very stupid customer service. Not professional at all. I dont advice to buy from them. I went through shit and been treated like a shit.

took way longer to receive. bought samples for over $10 each which were only decants. had to contact company many times to find out where package is. disappointing 1st time ordering. won't be back... UPDATE: below is their response with is a complete lie...There has been multiple conversations through email! Liars..just one more reason to not shop here again. Plus orders take approx. 1 month to receive.

Sarà stato il settimo ordine fatto, avevo chiesto nella sezione dei commenti se era possibile avere un campioncino o nel caso sarebbe bastata anche la mouillette con spruzzato Nanatopia ma non mi hanno inviato nulla. Poi però vedo che inviano alle influencer profumi da 100 ml, che dire? L'ottavo acquisto lo farò da un'altra parte

My first order from this company was great. I placed a second order, my card was charged and a month has gone by without my products being shipped. I’ve emailed customer service twice and gotten no response. Very frustrating!
