I was very happy that the product arrived, in good condition, and it was authentic, it took a while but was expected as ot had to pass through customs, also the price was fair.

Good experience, good product. The only feedback I have is to improve the tracking updates.

I bought more than $100 worth of merchandise and they still charged me for shipping.

It took awhile for me to receive my package, but once I did, the wait was well worth it!

I placed an order, but instead of the correct item, I received a different one due to a mistake on the store’s part. I reported the issue right away and sent a photo of what I received. The store did eventually send the correct item, but it wasn’t as quick as I had hoped. Nevertheless, I’m grateful that store resolved the issue. The email from the manager confused me a bit because it included a tracking number for the new package that showed it had been delivered much earlier, which caused some confusion. Later I got appropriate explanation but would be nice to get it in the beginning. I’m glad I received the correct item in the end, but the process took extra time and it wasn’t very convenient. I hope situations like this won’t happen again in the future.
