It took too long for the package to arrive and the small samples that I purchased were in a plastic unpresentable vial.

Delivery and delivery updates are inconsistent.

Loved the great selection of fragrances, though I wish more had sample options. Overall the pricing is good and the diverse shipping options are affordable though a bit confusing. However, I ran into three main problems: 1- The account making process was awkward, and when it wouldn't let me login to my account, I tried resetting my password but it still didn't work. Ended up logging in using gmail, but it seemed to create a separate account despite it being the same email? 2- Paying with paypal did not seem to work and gave me a short-lived shock when the money was taken without the order being confirmed, but it was quickly refunded by paypal 3- It took me a whole week to get an update on whether my order is being processed, that's expected for the decanting process, but it would've been nice to receive more updates rather than instantly going from confirmation to shipping. Overall I'm still happy with the result inspite of the unusual first impression, and look forward to ordering more samples or full bottles in the future, as the shipping costs are very reasonable.

Not sure if occurred in the shipping or if it originated from 50ml, but from the samples to the main fragrance I purchased,all of the fragrances smelled as if they were old and have begun to "turn". The packaging was a bit of a surprise. All items had been placed in a bundle, wrapped in bubble wrap and then wrapped in brown paper and shipping tape.

Partly my fault for not reading the item description, but the thumbnail of the product is what made me purchase the item. I was looking at a picture of a Nishane fragrance sample set with 18 samples for around $100. What I got instead was a sample set of 12 for $100. I should have read the item description. Because the picture showed 18, I eagerly made the purchase thinking I was getting the deal of a lifetime. Like I said, partly my fault, but I wish the image accurately represented what I purchased.
