Waiting over a month.
Over a month since I ordered my perfume, still haven't received it, and now the tracking number that I was provided doesn't work. Not good!

Suspicious USPS and email issues
Delivery has taken over a month and their reply to my first inquiry said it was stuck at US Customs. Today, I checked the status on USPS and it says “This may be because the TRACKING NUMBER IS INVALID; USPS has not yet received payment; USPS has not yet received the item; the item does not include tracking; or other reasons.” I am trying to email them and their email address is coming back UNDELIVERABLE. Have they gone out of business? Website is still up. I know US Customs has caused substantial delivery delays. Will give them till tomorrow to fix any email issues or send me an update but scam or not, it’s probably not worth the hassle and anxiety.

No clue about my “month ago” order.
I placed an order a month ago and have heard nothing about my order at all—no email, no text, no phone message. My credit card was charged, though. This is the first time this has happened with them, however.
