Didn't have any problems with this order

I ordered on line and it was shipped out promptly. The wheels arrived undamaged and in perfect condition. The timing could not have been better. Spot On, Thank you for such a great experience

They are polite and professional. I received the winch before the mount that was ordered a day earlier from another company. In addition 4wheelonline.com advertised the lowest price and free delivery for the same product. You can't ask for more than that!

Sales person very helpful. Verified I had the right model no. Verified was stocked. Shipped to an address other than home address in time frame he advised. Friendly efficient service.

Shipping was super fast and shocks are a great fit. You can feel the shocks absorb the holes better and the suspension has a nice roll in it unlike the factory shocks on my old truck. Thanks 4WheelOnline. Would recommend to other people.

Placed an order for wheels. A couple of days later I received a call saying the item I ordered was back ordered and would take 5 weeks, did I still want it? I said yes, they are the wheels I want. The associate said I would see an invoice in my email in the next couple of days. Two weeks later I attempted to contact their "helpful support". I was told my order is not in their system and that it was never placed. In an attempt to try and make sure they did not charge my card later I asked to cancel the order so I could purchase somewhere else. Again was told there was not an order to cancel so there is "no way to send me a cancellation". After being hung up on three times and accused of threatening one of the help people (I said my card better not get charged then if this order does not exist, we must need to have a training session on what a threat is). I attempted for the 4th time to call back and asked to speak to a supervisor, trust me, I knew how this would go after the first three calls. I sat on hold, waiting for a "supervisor" for 15 min and I am still on hold. Thankfully I did not get my order placed due to back-order if this is the service I would have received. My take..... Stay away from them!!... Update, after 20 min I did finally speak to someone who said they were a supervisor and did get a cancellation confirmation that I was told I could not get from the other three.

I ordered a set of step bars for my truck. I only received a confirmation that my order was placed. I called four days later because I had not received any update or ship date. I was told that someone should have called me because the step bars are a special order and would be four weeks before they ship. NO ONE CALLED ME ABOUT THIS. And no one was going to call me. HORRIBLE customer service.
