5 stars *****. Excellent customer service. And the shipping/delivery was insane. Ordered on a Saturday,was told order would go through on Monday and ship Monday and take at least 5days to arrive if not 7days. Got confirmation that order whent out on Monday And it arrived on Tuesday the next day.  WOW that made my week. As I had ordered wheels.  I'll definitely purshase through 4 wheel online as much as possible.  Again 5***** stars.. Thanks. ..

I ordered a ARB Bull Bar from these guys on the 8th of August 2016. Since placing this order I have found that the reviews on their website are filtered to only reflect the good and very little of the bad. Personally I think people should probably do a google search of the real reviews before spending your money with this place. I have called these guys at MINIMUM 3 times a week for a tracking number and even had to get ARB involved because they were blaming it on everyone instead of taking responsibility for the problem themselves. Come to find out it is a internal issue between them and TWA "4WHEELPARTS" but they wouldn't tell me that I had to go to other sources to find that out. Everytime with the exception of 1 time they have not divulged information that is necessary when money is spent on a product, blown me off or just flat out told me that I needed to be more patient with them. Well when you drop over $1500 for a component patients goes in the trash can after a week with NO tracking number and NO communication to at MINIMUM insure me that I didn't just get taken advantage of and been stolen (NOT A ACCUSATION AS OF YET) from. These guys, with the exception of 2 reps on now 3 occasions, have been rude and completely unprofessional in interaction. They even tried to tell the ARB rep that I wasn't telling the truth over the phone, well that is until they found out that I had forwarded emails and that I was listening in on the line. Good job to their MANAGER on that one. Either way I purchased the bumper at a lower price than I could find ANYWHERE on the web then 2 days after I paid the price magically when up on the website and now they want to refund my money instead of providing the part. HUMMM wonder why that is. Well anyone with any sense at all can figure that out. All I can say is that IF you read this and still do business with these guys you get what you deserve. THEY DO NOT STOCK ANYTHING. YOU PAY THEM AND THEY THEN ORDER IT FROM A REAL COMPANY THAT STOCKS THESE PARTS AND HOPEFULLY THEIR ACCOUNT WITH THAT WAREHOUSE IS IN GOOD STANDING SO THAT YOU CAN GET WHAT YOU PAID FOR. Now as of 8Sept2016, a month after them receiving money, I get a email for a invoice showing they are returning my money. So not only am I NOT GETTING WHAT I PAID FOR but now losing money on interest loss on my card. Oh and still don't even have my refund. Same day that they are "returning" money my account magically gets hacked and money is spent in FLORIDA. HUMMMMMM Could be coincidental. Good luck!

I ordered a lift kit. It took a little longer than I had expected, but they were quick to let me know about the delay and give me a date when it would be shipped. As soon as it was I requested a tracking number, which they provided. I received the product and everything was great! I'll do a lot more business with these guys.
