Perfect fit bolted right on.looks great 5 stars

Ordered set of fender flares on February 28th. Expected to be at my house within a week. I called 13 days later and the item was backordered. No sympathy or any other explanation. We switch from a smooth product to a textured product (for the sake of time). I'm unhappy about this but we did this on March 13th. They told me I would have my product on my doorstep in 2, maybe 3 days at the most (putting it on my doorstep No later than Thursday). I call Thursday to get a tracking number in the afternoon and immediately I am told to call back Monday for help. Are you kidding me??? I ask to talk to Buddy. He ends up emailing the warehouse and telling me i will hear back within 30 minutes. 2.5 hours later they finally call me back with a tracking number. As of 4:31pm my item still hasn't shipped from the warehouse, it has only been processed. I cannot even begin to explain the amount of anger, disappointment and frustration with this company. I will NEVER recommend 4WheelOnline to any of my friends who need anything for their vehicles. Absolutely disgrace of a company.

It was january 9'th 2017 somewhere around there. I bought a single wheel with the guarantee that I could have it overnighted. I was involved in an accident that ruined one wheel on my pickup and had to leave town for work in like 4 days.. I only gave them 4/5 because they didn't overnight it, LOL. But when I called them upset, they owned up to it & even comped out the shipping I paid. They then proceeded to overnight it to me on their own dime. So at the end of the day, my timeline got busted, BUT I plan on returning to them for my future business because of their excellent customer service.

Good prices and fast delivery

Bought a set of rims $100+ cheaper than summit 2nd lowest price I could find. Only inconvience was no shipping confirmation, but I can't complain with the money I saved. Maybe if you have delivery drivers with sticky fingers or live in a bad part of town; this websites not for you. I'm more than happy with my rims, great prices, and I will do business again. I highly recommend 4wheelonline.

Quick shipping

One guy tried to sell me rims he liked. Didnt provide tracking numbr when order was complete. I called to get one and they gave me a run around. They sent the wrong lug nuts, and wouldn't send correct ones unless I bought new ones then sent incorrect ones back and waited for a refund. Difficult to deal with and would not recommend to others. The only positive, my rims came in in 4 days.
