I've called three times and each time I was supposed to get a call back but it never happened I was going to spend five hundred dollars on a set of rims but I guess they have so much money that they don't need mine

Initial order was incorrectly filled …
Initial order was incorrectly filled even though all details of vehicle were provided. I contacted company by phone, explained they shipped me the wrong shocks and re-ordered. I was required to pay for the second set, arranged pick up of the incorrect shocks and ultimately was credited for the incorrect shocks. At one time I had 8 shocks, of which only 4 were correct. I like the shocks so far, the company was responsive but lots of effort to buy standard application, nothing special shocks. Yes I would buy again but not with an online order, only over phone to avoid the issues.
