when I called and ordered my rims I told them the back space I needed and when I received them they were not right. I also was told the lug nuts were included and I never received them, si I have 4 brand new rims in boxes that I don't know what ill do with them and was straight up lied to about the lug nute so last time ill do business with these people. the salesman name was mattor I probably spelt name wrong

Bought a new front bumper for my 2000 Dodge Ram 2500. Bumper showed up on time, although the packaging looked a little rough, it was in perfect shape. The instructions were easy to follow, and it fit perfectly. Very pleased with the whole experience.

Worst customer service I ever had would not recommend them to anybody nor would I ever use them again product was good customer service again was so bad was not worth the quality of product

I bought a replaceable soft top for my Jeep Wrangler. It fits fine but has a wrinkle on both driver & passenger side doors by the handle area. Looks like it was made an inch too long. Looks tacky but I’m stuck with it. Thought Bestop was a better maker of tops seeing how there’s better technology out there, such as laser machinery, to make things fit better. Just disappointed.

Delivery was insanely fast. Tires were exactly what I ordered (the same Toyo tires we had on the Jeep for the previous 5 years/85k miles with no issues). I will not only recommend 4wheelonline to others, but I'll be using them for all tires in the future.

Ordered a set of rims through Amazon on 30 Nov 2018. I received 3 if the 4 rims. Was in contact with ups and Amazon and finally 4wheel online. Finally got a response after writing a bad review on Amazon about 4wheelobline. John the manager from Tampa contacted me and said he would figure it out and would take care of it and asked me to take review down. So I did and never heard back from anyone after 4 messages left for john I finally get a hold of him and was told by him a rim was shipped and he would call back with tracking number. Never heard back and was refunded for one rim and was never told. Very poor customer service and very poor communication on 4wheelonline manger john. Acted as if I didn't exist since they had already gotten paid. Would definitely not ever recommend them to anyone.
