Sent me a cheap piece of plastic instead of what I ordered. Would not make it right my sending me the right product. Instead claimed I asked for a refund. (I did not. I just want what I ordered). Shady company. I buy a lot of stuff for my truck and can guarantee none of will be purchased through 4wheelonline. Move on folks. Sellers like this don't deserved your money.

Ordered 2 sets of Bilstein Shocks, got 2 gaskets instead. Instead of saying there was some mistake and making it right by sending the right product or giving me a coupon for a future purchase, they decided to fraudulently send me the wrong product and then claim 'customer return' under the refund return details so they could keep their high shipment metrics and order completion metrics up high. I never asked for a return I just want the right parts I ordered for the sale price I should have gotten them for.

My honest opinion is 4 wheel online is a ratty company with crappy values and customer service.... would never purchase anything from them again....They will go out their way to make things right for them instead of trying to help or make right with the customer!!!! I ordered parts from them at one price and they crawfished their way out of not selling me the parts and shipping me a useless item!!!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!! Don’t purchase anything from these losers!!!!!!

I order parts from them seeing as they have good reviews. When I received my order it was nothing but an empty box with bubble packaging. I will never order from them and will recommended others not to as well.

I ordered bilstein 5100 shocks and a several days later I recieved a plastic wall outlet cover! After talking with Amazon and 4 wheel online found out it was a mistake on 4 wheel online. I am in the process of receiving a refund but they were not willing to make good on their mistake what so ever! Would not order from them again.

Top shelf , Steve was great , double checking my online Oder , Letting me know I qualified for free spline drive install kit promotion .Shipping was fast and free , thought part of my order was missing . They were polite and patient as I checked all the boxes and found it. Best prices on the web . Five stars all the way !

I ordered a fuel transfer tank online. Delivery was quoted at 5-7 business days. Currently at 14 business days. No explanation. Extremely poor customer service.
