Listing products for sale that are not in stock, then expecting you to wait to get the product, is unacceptable (especially for future orders).

Steve was very helpful, and I got quality wheels and tires at a good price and very fast delivery. One wheel was missing a center cap, and service was easy, delivery of part prompt. I would and will buy from 4wheelonline again.

I tried to order a pair of KC slimlites I waited a week after I received confirmation that they got the order. SO I called they stated that the lights where not in stock so I cancelled the order than 2 day later I get a email that they will charge me on the higher priced lights because they where a special order. I feel this is bait and switch which I will report to the BBB. #1 I cancelled the order before it was shipped I did not special order anything. They stated that order would be 2 or 3 weeks out if I had not cancelled so they could have called their supplier and cancelled before even left their supplier.

My experience was GREAT!!!, The product I purchased was exactly as describes. Their service was very helpful in the purchase process and they worked with me to make sure I got the correct rims for my sons truck. I will be back to purchase new rims for my truck once I save up a little for myself. I would recommend 4weelonline to any one. In fact I have already done so to several of my associates.
