I have to be honest, I purchased four Micky Thompson tires from this 4wheelonline.com at a very good price. After the purchase was made, I read the reviews and became a little worried. My experience was a great one! I received a call from a rep of the company within one business day of placing my order. The rep advised that my tires were on back order and that it would be approximately four weeks before they would be shipped to me. I advised that I could wait. I received my tires today which made it only approximately two weeks since the order was made. I am very pleased with the service that I received and will do business with this company in the future. I don't understand why people are giving such bad reviews about this company. They were very honest and up front with me on my order and the tires were shipped in a very fast manner. As described, NO HIDDEN FEES AND FREE SHIPPING!!! Some people need to understand that when ordering from online companies, there may be a delay in orders. I made a simple online purchase of a set of Aries 3D Liner floor mats for my 2006 Titan. The mats were shipped and recieved in 2 days. The large rear mat had been folded in half, which created an irreversible crease in the center. I believe it should have been rolled instead. But that's the least of my concerns. Upon recieving the product, I determined the mats were not what I anticipated. No problem. Ship them back at my cost, minus the 20% restocking fee, and get a refund. I contacted their refunds department, obtained their MRA tracking # and shipped them via UPS. I emailed them back and provided the UPS tracking number. They recieved the product on 10/29 and said they'd issue a refund. Some time went by, so I emailed the refunds contact and waited 48 hours for a response. None came. I emailed the customer service department and they played dumb with me, then ignored me. I finally had to file a CC dispute for my refund. I later found out that the Navy Federal Credit Union, another banking instituition from mine, will not even approve CC transactions to this merchant anymore because of all the disputes they've recieved towards them. Part of being a reputable company is having good customer service, not just shipping out products in 2 days.

“I don't know why everyone else is crying about this company. Maybe because they are TOO IMPATIENT. I had a very positive experience. First, I ordered a Yoshi exhaust for my 250X, It was over $100.00 cheaper then anywhere. About 30min after I ordered, I got a call from 4wheelonline, saying they can't ship to Canada for free, but will let me know the $. I thought, WOW they called right away instead of waiting days, like other people experienced. He called back within the hour and gave me a shipping option, or cancelation at no extra charge. I took the shipping option. Within 3 days I had an email containing my invoice. I emailed to confirm it was being sent to Canada, and within 6 hours I had a reply. Then, July 10, 2014, I requested a tracking number, because I had not heard anything for 1 week. Today I get the tracking number, and find out the package was sent on July 7, and it will be here on Tuesday. I am shocked they could get the exhaust shipped from china to them, then from them to me in only 2 weeks. I order from Ebay and I wait 3-4 weeks minimum. So all you cry babies complaining about this company should get a grip and relax. Most of the issues are your own fault for not verifying it will fit your vehicle. You just click, click , click like no big deal. 4 wheelonline has SUPERIOR customer service and excellent support. Don't listen to all the complaints, they are ridiculous claims made because of buyer errors. So I thought I would let you all know my experience, because it was completely opposite to what the others are saying. ”

Received the correct wheels, best price on the web, fast shipment and the rebate was processed quickly. Worried about the neg reviews but the transaction went smoothly and I am a happy customer .

I ordered a 4 inch suspension lift kit for my truck 2 months ago, still haven't received it. They've been telling me for 3 weeks that it'll be here by friday. I'm so fed up I told them to cancel it and refund my money and they told me I have to wait 10-15 business days to get my 1400 bucks back on my debit card. I asked to talk to a supervisor and the guy played me off and said I need to call 3 hours later so I did and no-one answered the phone for over 15 minutes so I finally hung up. I can't get a tracking number, refunded or my product in a realistic time. I also emailed customer service last week and still haven't received a reply, this place is awful and corrupt.

I didn't think to read the reviews before ordering but in this day in age when information is so available we all should take advantage of this. I have a brand new Jeep Unlimited JK. Last item on the list was wheels and tires. 4wheelsonline had good pricing on some XD wheels I wanted so I purchased. They shipped quick but when I got them they had the wrong bolt pattern. Lucky I checked it before going down to my local installer. I removed my spare and attempted to mount it for fit. Sure enough wrong bolt pattern. CRAP! Called 4WO and told them they didn't fit. Checked my invoice and the correct wheels are stated on the invoice but after reading the part number off the box found out that the new employee missed it when ordering at the factory by one line. Now,my options are pay for an entire new set to get them to me ASAP, an additional $900 or wait for the shipping return label, mail them back myself, wait 2 - 4 weeks for the credit and then they would re-ship. Really? OK so I paid again. I understand mistakes happen so I order a set of spline lugs for my new rims because they offered me an inconvenience discount. Well, guess what? Same deal. It's correct on my invoice but what I got in the box is the wrong item in the box again! Filed a return online with them again last night. Called this morning to find out if they can ship without having to pay again hoping for a little customer service and keep in mind they have over $900 of my money already but do they budge, NOPE. Will wait for my shipping label and return but won't purchase here again. Returned rims got there UPS says but no refund. Call Credit card company to dispute and wait for that mess to work itself out. Is this what you would all like to deal with? I would advise you all not to do the same until the owner of this company gets it together or sinks without trace. I am just trying to be a customer but hiding behind poor company policy is a sure way to sink your company. Frank S.

Read many bad reviews of this company in the past, but I order the maxxis mud bug atv tires from them and recieved them In 2 days! All of the sizes were correct and as said to be.

I shopped around for a Fabtech 6" lift and I couldnt beat the price on 4wheelonline. I ordered my lift on Feb 28th and it arrived on March 6th! I didn't revieve a tracking number, so I called the guys at 4wheelonline and they have me my "pro number" which is a tracking number for their shipping company. He explained I can call them to schedule my delivery date or I could wait for them to call me. I called them and they scheduled my delivery for the next day! I would recommend this company. They have the best prices, good customer service and quick, free shipping!!!
