I’m truly sorry to hear that you’re not completely satisfied with your units. I can only imagine how frustrating this must be, and I truly appreciate your patience as we work through this. To help prolong the life of the battery in your unit, we recommend recharging it every 3-6 months. Lithium batteries don't perform well when left in a completely discharged state for extended periods. If you're encountering any specific issues with your unit(s), please don't hesitate to contact our customer service team. They’ll be more than happy to assist with troubleshooting and ensuring everything is running smoothly. Regarding the solar panel, our 100-watt panel is capable of recharging the unit on a cloudy day, but please note that it will take longer than on a sunny day. If you're looking for a quicker recharge time, you have the option to daisy chain additional panels to speed up the process. As for the portability of the unit(s), we understand the need for ease of movement. To make things more convenient, we offer a roll-and-go cart specifically designed for our generators.
