I have no complaints with the representatives I spoke with at 4Patriots, only the resolution of my problem couldn't be resolved. Not taking an extended warranty and not reading the complete manual for my Patriot Power Generator 1800 and following them (please fully charge your unit every 3-6 months to extend the life of the battery). I didn't do that and now my 2 year old generator won't charge the battery. I used 8 months ago and charged it after use before turning it off. I turned it on and it was discharged and wouldn't charge either with AC or the solar panel. Now I have a $2700 brick. I was willing to sent it back to have it fixed, at my expense, but the representative, informed me that it was not an option. Get the extended warranty and make sure you keep charging it every 3-6 months. It is after all an emergency generator and it should be ready at all times.

The shipment arrived very quickly- I paid over $700.00 for this and was very disappointed with the contents of the 3 month supply of long storage food because many of the packets for dinner meals were placed in multiple serving bags. Single serve packets are better suited to emergency events with no electricity as once they are opened they spoil in a few days. Their videos distinctly shows a person demonstrating a how to cook a single serve meal, suggesting that this would be true for all the meal packets. 33 meal packets for 3 months-Sorry, but I won't buy again from this company! High powered sales pitches and their customer service sucks! 1 1/2 hours on hold is too long!

UPDATED 18 JULY. (Maybe my expectations were too high - I believed older reviews and hype) Last Tub of food received had no damaged packets but had a broken lid that appears to be a packing issue not a shipping issue/damage. (I still believe they are using sub-tier distributors to pack locally). The damaged packet has still not been replaced. Some of the labels are improved; some are still crappy and illegible. WARNING: This kit is almost all carbs and is biased towards cheaper inclusions like the rice. The content depiction on the 4Patriots website was accurate (to be fair with my review). UPDATED 16 JULY. Still no replacement of damaged package. The 4Patriots response was inaccurate because no customer service rep made contact to help me. Still awaiting my replacement. AND, I did finally get the 3-month supply in two separate additional shipments on two widely separated days. I still have to QA the contents of second tub. I believe that they are basically honest on food (can't speak to generators) - I also believe they're struggling with their distribution system (which appears delegated to sub-tier distribution. UPDATED REVIEW 06 JULY. MISSING 3 month kit received. I advised AMEX to cancel dispute. Payment no longer blocked. Quality/value of food to be tested later. Labeling IS A DEFINITE ISSUE. I hope the work out their QA & Distribution issues overall. INITIAL REVIEW. Ordered 1 week kit offer (buy 1 get 2 - paid $100.93); bought upgrade offer for 3 month supply (buy 1 get a free two week kit; agreed make three payments of $236.98). I received 3 1-weeks (one punctured pouch from packing - external & internal boxes were intact) and 1 2-week kits - BUT no 3 month supply. Paid through AMEX card. Note these came with 2 1-week kits in same box as 2-week - different orders and different UPS numbers supposedly - but no 3 month kit. No confirmation emails as promised; they said that was a known 4Patriots problem; they provided order numbers via chat. Mine also shipped from what appears to be a local metro Atlanta shipper (not from 2920 Berry Hill Dr., Suite 300 Nashville, TN 37204 office but from 355 Davis Lake Rd, Locust Grove, GA 30248). I assume that this is actually a local distributor who is packing these kits/boxes, hence the poor QA and shipping and tracking data. 1ZB36F760311251573, 1ZB36F760301416566, 9383250, 9383253 I am being PROACTIVE and advised AMEX that $236.98 shipment didn't arrive - AMEX stopped the payment with the option to pay merchant when proof of delivery is provided. IF RESOLVED I will pay. The quality of the product is yet to be determined; the labeling issue is correct and I will add my own labels. SUMMARY - maybe okay company at best but growing pains and incompetence OTW they are shady in their practices (I hope the former but fear the latter)

Dear 4 patriots I have ordered a lot of food in the past couple years. No issues. But what gets me when an issue comes up your customer service is not present? I ordered some food and it was cancelled to do some reason, I wanted a further explanation of why? I get an email from an AI bot that couldn’t answer sh.., tried again same email sent another message and nothing? Understand you’re a big company and you should have enough people to answer phones and emails! Customer service is huge for people! When they have to write a review it’s too late for help or apologies. I don’t want to hear current world events or this or that is happening bs! Have real people answer phones and email so a customer doesn’t have to write a shi….review. Would I order from you again? Maybe maybe not idk.? But I won’t deal with AI garbage

Typically I have been very happy and satisfied with 4Patriot and have ordered many items from them. Recently ordered 3month supply XL, and received two of the four shipments several days from each other and the boxes were open, one layer of packaging tape, and the one tote lid was open and not locked down. No packing slips with any of the shipments, so not sure if I even received everything that was suppose to be sent. Tried calling customer service 3xs with the 2nd and 3rd time leaving a callback to no avail. Overall quite disappointed with how the packages were sent and poor follow up after repeated attempts to contact them.

I oredered a solar generator. When i recieved it the generator had been damaged and touched up mwith paint to cover up the scratches. I've emailed them multiple times but have been ignored. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! GO TO ONE OF THE COMPETITORS!

They offer emergency rations. Got their 72 hour veterans day kit. It was literally a large bag of dried mac/cheese mix, a bag of flavored oatmeal, and a bag of some sort of grain meal. The asking price of this was around $29-39 if I had not gotten it for free. A few points: Its supposed to be for 72 hours yet you get three 2 quart bags. As a retired military member, I am accustomed to MREs with well balanced proteins, carbs, and accessories/snacks. This is not that type of thing. You would be FAR better off just packing a storage bin with canned food (chilli, meats, veggies), boxes of Mac/Cheese, and Oatmeal. Just rotate it out as it expires. This is not worth the cost.

I have called and patiently waited then I was put on call back list with no call back( three times)! I have emailed with no reply, Looked them upon facebook …can’t chat with them???? No way to contact them. I have an issue with a product and I've bought a lot of products from them and now I'm very concerned that if I need to rely on these products what I am going to find in those packages at the time I need them! Feeling very apprehensive.
