Solar generator, I live in the mountains with a considerable amount of power outages. I have had this a couple of years in the box, my partner and I started camping again last year. I broke it out and started using it last year. While happy I have this, it does work. However the solar panel on this really bites. I am out on a very nice sunny day in California and have broke it out this morning almost zero charge. I decided to try the panel out today. Well it’s been sitting in the sun for over six ours in good clear sun, it still has not moved past the first bar on power. At this rate it will a week to charge it off one panel. Save you time and resources look at other products I can not recommend this.

received the 4 week food supply with the free 72 hour food supply bonus. My biggest gripe is the food. It is mostly carbs: rice, noodles, oatmeal... Where's the meat? Disappointed.

I will increase to 2 Stars because I did get a response from 4Patriots. I was sent an email with the return label for the Solar Panels and Charge Cable. I returned them and they were received by them on 10/29/24. It has been 7 days and I still have not received the shipping box for the Generator. I am hoping I can complete this process. I appreciate what they have been able to do so far. This is my first negative review. I think it is deserved. * I ordered the 2000X Solar Generator on 10/2/24. * Sent an email on 10/8/24 7:23pm to cancel the order before it was shipped. No response. * Three hours later at 10:41pm the order shipped. * Received the Solar Generator on 10/14/24. * On 10/17/24 Sent a Message through the website to Request a Return Authorization. No Reply Also on 10/17/24 sent an email to "Help" to request a Return Authorization. Automated response. * On 10/21/24 Sent another email to "Help" to request a Return Authorization (Second Request). Received another Automated response. * Customer Service is unresponsive.

The water filtration system is leaking and I cannot get the company to respond despite phone calls and emails. Order No. 677885, Delivered Oct 9, Tucson AZ Update: Went to Ace Hardware, bought Heavy Duty Rubber Hose Washers that are the same inside diameter as the defective ones that came with the product. Ace Product no. 74129-I have installed them and filled some new water into the top and waiting for enough water to be filtered into the bottom to see if the leak has been fixed. Will let you know if the fix works after the water is totally filtered into the bottom.

I ordered the 1800 +sidekick pkge 5 days ago. My Amex was charged. I never received a confirmation # or shipping/tracking info. I emailed and was told to call cust service. I’ve called 4x, sat on hold each time for and hour each time, then chose the call back option. Have never gotten a call back I them emailed 3 more times with no response. I’m sitting AGAIN on hold as we speak! I’m very close to reporting my charges as fraudulent with am ex!

This is a follow up on my previous review. It has been a month now!It is 4 days later and I still have had no response about the bonus gifts I did not receive. With the absence of customer service to take care of things that go wrong I will not depend on this company. I should have read reviews in depth to see how many people are stuck with issues that go unresolved. There are many of us who even if we never contacted the company with an issue do not spend money with those who do not take care of their customers.

Is that true all you food comes from china? Wow that sucks was just about to order more food . But not from china this is sad.

What’s wrong? Well, advertising says $29.96 for one and get two free. What they done say is it’s $179.00 shipping. I feel this is deceptive. Is it worth this price for mac n cheese, rice and vegetables, and oatmeal? Not for me!
