Hi James, Thank you for your review and feedback! I'm sorry to hear that your generator is not meeting your expectations. When it comes to powering devices and appliances with your generator the run time is determined by the wattage of the appliance. A refrigerator is a common question and a great example of what the generator can charge. The best thing to do with a refrigerator to conserve your generator is to use it when you need to. Many people are unaware a refrigerator does not need to run consecutively on the generator. As long as the door is not being opened multiple times it will hold temperature. We suggest keeping a meat thermometer in the refrigerator and once the temperature gets to 40 degrees you will plug in the generator again until it gets back to temperature and then repeat. When charging the PPG with solar panels, the battery meter will not show solid bars until the unit is fully charged. Charging with AC power it steps up (1 solid bar, 2 solid bars, etc) until fully charged. This is due to the unpredictable nature of solar charging. If you have any questions or would like assistance with your generator, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. We will be happy to assist. Best Regards, Kristy B.

After a review of your account, I do see that you called in and spoke with a representative on the 18th, and a return label was requested to be sent to you on the 19th via email from FedEx in which you had until June 2nd before the label would expire. I'm glad to know that you were able to get it returned and your refund issued. Again, we do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Best Regards, Kristy B.

Hi Diana, Thank you for your review and feedback of our Solar Go Fridge. I'm sorry to hear that you are having issues with powering it on. Please try these steps below and if that does not fix the issue please remember you are fully protected by a 100% money-back return policy. If for any reason you're dissatisfied at any time during the first 365 days after purchase, simply return the product and ask for a full refund minus any shipping or restocking fees. You'll get your money back. That's a firm promise and commitment. Please try these steps:1) Turn Off the Unit, 2) Remove the Battery (May need to wiggle it out), 3) Let the Unit Sit for 5 minutes, 4) Plug the Unit Back into Electricity, 5) Turn the Unit back on, 6) Re-insert the Battery into the Unit. There is a possible safety feature with powering up the fridge after sitting for an extended amount of time. If so hold the power button for 10 seconds and then double push to turn on. After that, it should turn off and on with a single push. If you have any further questions please reach out to us at 1-800-304-4202, Monday-Saturday 8:00 am CST-7:00 pm CST, or Sunday 11:00 am CST-4:00 pm CST, and a customer service representative would be happy to assist with your questions or concerns. Best Regards, Kristy B.
