Incomplete Order Resolved
I ordered and received 3 solar powered radios and a power pack and the 72 food kit and the flashlight and the coupon. I first only received the 72 hours of food and the coupon for $20 off my next purchase and then it said the order was closed. Then I could not get any one on the phone, nor a fast reply to email nor chat. So I thought I was scammed. I was not. I am grateful to have what I purchased. But seriously guys - that coupon is worthless. You have to use it within ten days of receiving it? And with me - my order was not complete and I was not informed until you replied to my email that the rest of the order was forthcoming - and it got there two days after I got just the food and coupon. So it's worthless - seriously. Us Patriots - equipment from China? Unexpected. But all seems to be in order. The solar power pack does charge much - but that's okay - the radios work great and charge by the crank quite well. So I changed my rating from one start to 4.

After a review of your account, your order for the Liberty Band Radios and gifts has been shipped. The 72-hour food kit was fulfilled a lot faster than your other items and was shipped separately. The remaining items were prepared for shipment on November 3rd. Delivery can take between 7-10 business days. Your shipment currently has an estimated delivery date for Wednesday, November 15 by 7:00 P.M. which is within our delivery time frame. I have sent an email to you with your tracking number so you can track your package as well. Again, our company owners and employees are great people who work hard to do what is best for our customers and provide solutions for Americans to become more self-reliant and have peace of mind should a disaster strike. We're a small American company trying to do right by our customers. We may make mistakes along the way, but we will always do our best to correct them.
