We saw an advertisement that was sent to us by text saying that we could get the two for one generator and solar panels with free gifts for a certain price. We were also told this was a special promotion and we could make it down payment if we ordered by phone and go on a payment plan. We have excellent credit. And we were on the phone between 5 to 6 hours trying to get through to someone when we finally reached someone they didn't tell us that that payment plan was no longer available as we had just gotten the text the same day. So they told us they would have someone else call us right back so that we can order it. After another hour and a half we finally got in touch with the person and they told us that we could no longer purchase it with the payment plan option. We tried buying the two generators. By the way, that offer is still on the website. We don't want to spend hours on the phone only to be told we can't buy something. We have also tried contacting them through chat, email and phone and we already have an account set up very frustrating.

I don't think they have a customer service department. If they do, it's a joke. Six phone calls, four messages, countless text messages and all's I get is when they are done with the queue they will contact you. It's been a week. The solar panel does not charge the generator. Absolutely embarrassing for a company to use the name Patriot and treat their customers this way and sell them junk. I do not recommend.

When I tried to contact 4Patriots about my 1200 generator with the sidekick generator because the sidekick has not been delivered, I actually has 27 email conversations with 4PATRIOTS AI, the entire time requesting them for human interaction and to figure out their invoices. The information I received was that 3 packages were delivered by UPS, only 1 UPS delivery shows a photo of the delivery and I confirmed that delivery. But I have no idea where packages 1 and 3 are as there is NO DELIVERY PHOTOS. Now, 4PATRIOTS wants me to contact UPS to ask where packages 1 and 3 are and to tell UPS what is in packages 1 and 3 when 4PATRIOTS cant even tell me. All I can confirm is that the 1200 generator and the solar panels were received.

Their "we trust you, no credit check" isn't true. The $199 down and $199 a month is not true either. It's a bait and switch that offers a different plan if you call, and requires your credit card to assure payment is drawn out monthly. They will not accept your debit card. It's not what they seem to be.

Open bag's, customer service refuses to call back, don't provide you with the added bonuses they promise, quality control is terrible. They hold the earned grade of "F". Will not buy from them again. Has to be somebody better out there. They won't be hard to beat.

I started an order to purchase the 4Patriots Generator 1200. I had entered all my information including my credit card information. Being a little more cautious even after being a long standing customer of 4Patriots I decided to call customer service to question the $99 shipping fee. I spoke with LeAnne, I explained to her that I pass by the 4Patriots warehouse at least once a week in Salt Lake City. Her response was stern if not even rude, explaining that is a warehouse and they are not set up to distribute to the public from that warehouse. If I want the generator I must pay shipping. I get their policy and procedures and I would have ordered the generator had she not been so arrogant and rude. I will no longer be purchasing from 4Patriots. LeAnne I hope you have the day you deserve. I guess 4Patriots is so successful that you don’t need long standing customers.

4 patriots solar generators are ridiculously overpriced . Dont let fear based marketing ,or chants of USA USA USA fool you. Especially since they are made in china -like all the other companies Look at the specs , and compare to what you can buy from any major competition before you buy . Thing like watt hours , peak ,solar input ,lack of an app no 240 charging etc ,can’t connect to your house electrical panel Take a look at this page ,all the 1 star reviews -it’s not a coincidence. If only 4 patriots took the money they spent on your tube,Facebook ,Fox News advertising and used it on research and development to improve the product .

Please do not purchase anything from this company. The generators are trash. You must plug them in occasionally I guess because they will completely drain and that's it. When you contact them they say out of warranty. I have another one different company and plugged it charge and it works. May I add this is the second one from this company that has done this. Do not waste your money on this TRASH
