Hi Robin, Thank you for your review and feedback. I apologize for the inconvenience you've experienced. We cannot issue a refund for an order with an open dispute because your credit card company is currently collaborating with us to determine the validity of the refund. If the credit card company rules in favor of the refund, they will return the funds to your account. Refunding on our end during this process could potentially result in a double refund. Should the dispute not be successful, there is no risk of a double refund, and we can proceed with processing the refund as usual. Our payment system automatically flags an account with an ongoing dispute as "blacklisted," but our finance team can remove this status if there is a valid reason to do so.

Hi Mark, thank you for your review and feedback! I'm sorry to hear that you ordered the wrong product. I want to assure you we are not a scam. We are a family-run business in Nashville, TN. The company owners and employees are great people who work hard to do what is best for our customers and provide solutions for Americans to become more self-reliant and have peace of mind should a disaster strike. After a review of your account, it does show that your order has been canceled and the refund will post back to the card you used when placing your order. It can take up to 7-10 business days for the credit to post back or sooner depending on your banking institution or credit card company.

Unfortunately, like many popular American brands, 4Patriots has become the target of several unscrupulous organizations, some of which are located outside of the United States. This is likely because of the popularity of our products. These bad actors steal our online images and set up their imposter websites and ads imitating 4Patriots. They usually “offer” our products at prices that appear to be too good to be true, because they are. While 4Patriots cannot prevent these scams, we have been working diligently to find and stop them. If you’ve placed an order from any site that promises extremely discounted offers on products that appear to be from 4Patriots, I would suggest you immediately report this to your credit card issuer and contest the charge. You may also want to report the fraud to the FTC at https://reportfraud.ftc.gov/#/. After a review of your account, a representative reached out to you to explain to you that were not charged $77 for each 1-week kit. You were charged shipping due to you having the order shipped to Hawaii. The order could not be canceled due to it being already shipped and delivered to Hawaii.
