I bought a4patriots solar generator, it won't charge!! Their customer service people don't answer the phone !! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE CROOKS!!!!

The company is very slow to ship orders to you but they don't ship the entire order at one time. You WILL be waiting weeks or more to get the entire order shipped. God forbid you have a defective product sent to you. The hold time for support/service is HOURS. If you want to text for support it is a 24 to 48 hour wait.

I bought the blackout buddy from 4patriot. So I paid $1,000 for this. Put it on my fridge and it did not work because of the ice maker. Put it on my freezer and it worked fine for 6 months then died, luckily I caught it before my food ruined. Emailed back and forth with support. They put me to someone else. Emailed with them, a Specialist. Then she dumped me and told me to call customer service. Called and after talking - she said it would not work on my freezer. She looked it up, so why don't they have a place to look up whether it will work BEFORE you buy? And why did it work for 6 months and NOW after the warranty is up, IT DOES NOT WORK FOR MY FREEZER!!! It is called a rip off of China junk - it says right on the box MADE IN CHINA and they advertise it as MADE in the USA. Don't buy!!!!

I buy emergency food for daily use and for long‑term storage. I typically purchase from Augason Farms, but I decided to try 4Patriots for a bit of variety. Unfortunately, I will not be ordering from 4Patriots again. I purchased several packets of their cheesecake bites and brownie bits. The products were manufactured in March 2021, and according to the company’s website, their shelf life is five years if properly stored. I bought them in September 2026, which means they were already six months past the stated shelf life at the time of purchase. Selling expired long‑term food storage items is unacceptable, especially given their intended purpose.

I purchased a four Patriots solar generator a few years ago and it has never worked properly from day one. However I have been able to go through a certain procedure and get it to work after maybe an hour of it malfunctioning. Last night 10/9/26 we lost power due to a hurricane and when I tried to use the generator it showed 80% charge but then switched off before I could even plug anything into it. It will no longer take a charge or output any power. The unit is out of warranty so I took the cover off and tested the batteries and they are showing fully charged. I called into the company in hopes of doing a little troubleshooting and order the necessary parts to repair the generator as I am a service technician. After staying on hold approximately 30 minutes I spoke with a representative that has little to no understanding of the product and he informed me that since the unit was out of warranty there was nothing they could do to help me that they do not carry parts and they do not repair their products. He stated they just simply send out a new one if the product is still under warranty. I bought this unit new from them a few years ago but he claimed he had no record of my purchase. I strongly recommend not purchasing a 4Patriots product of any kind. After looking at online reviews it seems that their products are subpar in every aspect. This was a very expensive unit and would have never expected there to be no parts available through the manufacturer. But from my understanding they are not actually manufacturers they source these units from China and don't even have a basic understanding of the components and functions of the units they sell. This company is anything but patriotic also the gentleman I spoke with was very rude and not willing to help in any shape form or fashion.

PLEASE READ. I ordered 2 of the 3 month get 2 free. And paid $750. After looking at the ingerdiants of the "high quality" food, i realized its all garbage. Its like they went to food depot, bought a ton of the cheapest stuff and freeze dried it. So we wanted to return everything. The customer service is garbage. Its all AI answers. We finally got the go ahead to rerurn everything and the shipping cost is around $650.

Non-existent customer service. I purchased the 2-for-1 generators. Got everything else EXCEPT THE SIDEKICK. Things were sent in 3 packages. Now they're calling my Power 1200 generator by another order number so they won't honor the FREE SHIPPING AND HANDLING offered in the text I KEEP SENDING THEM AS PROOF. Looks like I have to eat the $99 they charged me. Do NOT believe their A Plus BBB rating! Disgusting. NEVER GOT TO SPEAK WITH A HUMAN OR GOT ANY HUMAN RESPONSE OF ANY SORT.
