We offer a generous 1-year return period, which is designed to provide flexibility for our customers. Hi Debbie, Thank you for your review and feedback on our products. After reviewing your account I do see that you spoke with a representative on Dec 1st concerning your Ultimate Water Filtration System. You wanted to return it and you were busy at that time and would call back to get return instructions. I do see that you were having issues with your Patriot Power Generator 1800 as well you purchased it in August of 2023 and the Patriot Power Cells were purchased in July 2022. You spoke with a representative on June 4th, 2024 concerning your generator and your Patriot Power Cells and you asked if they were still in warranty. The representative did inform you that the Power Cells were out of warranty but the generator was still in warranty and a replacement was shipped to you. Please feel free to reach out to us if you are still looking to return the Ultimate Water Filtration System. We apologize for any confusion on warranty and return/refund policies.
