4PatriotsReviews of 4patriots.com

I have made NUMEROUS purchases the last 18 months or so and we are COMPLETELY satisfied with 4Patriots. I have purchased dehydrated foods, solar lights, solar flashlights, 2 generators (we were so impressed we bought one for a relative), water purifier. We are not “preppers” but we do not live with our heads in the sand either. We like to be ready and self reliant and 4Patriots has it all. We recently are giving the “greenies” a try and so far (2weeks) are very pleased with them as well. Nothing goes without a hiccup here and there - and we have had 2 “issues”with 2 different product and the issue was resolved IMMEDIATELY. Their customer service has been OUTSTANDING. I have NEVER been disappointed with this company ! (And I have never given a review for anyone this positive !!)

I have purchased a few different products from 4PATRIOTS. They have arrived in a quick and timely manner, and if I had any questions I got very helpful advice from the best customer service I have ever had. Thanks for the great product's and service.

From ordering to delivery 4 Patriots makes it an easy process, but it’s also an easy and delicious meal not just for saving and it’s fairly inexpensive.

I received My Patriot Power Sidekick today and the battery was at 81% so I read the manual plugged it in and charged it to 100% a complete charge. I tested it by plugging in my 12 volt car battery flashlight charger and it charged it. It works fine and I received both the solar panel and the generator within 7 days. I wanted to update my review to say although it is hard to talk to someone at customer service, 4 Patriots delivered on their promise.

4Patriots team has responded to my complaints and are in the process of resolving the issues. Thank you Kristy.👍👏

I ordered a 1 year supply of food last Friday. Prior I was given a military discount code for 10% discount (roughly $278.80). There was nowhere to apply the code in checkout & I accidentally processed the order minus the discount. Immediately I tried getting there customer service (tried phone, email & chat), but 4 days later I haven’t been able to talk to a human about applying the discount! I even opted to “keep my place in line” as offered in there recording, but nobody called me (tried this 5 times). This is UNSAT customer service and a terrible way to treat Military Veterans. “MyPatriot.com” answers inquiries within minutes. You guys need to fix my issue as well as your customer service process or you WILL lose customers, to include me…. OK…took a week, but finally resolved by a customer service rep who was very nice/ helpful. Gave me a 5% discount & a VIP customer service # to call for future needs. That kind of response is what I wanted all along. Product showed up as ordered and is well packed. All considered, I’ll change my rating, just keep working on your customer service process….

Change of heart. As my previous complaint here stated, I had a horrible experience with 4 Patriots. Today was the absolute opposite. I was helped by Jessica in the installment pay dept. and she was wonderful. I am so appreciative as she fixed my issue within minutes and it was not even her department’s job. Employees like Jessica are a customer’s dream. Thank you, thank you, thank you
