I’m just going to copy and paste my emails I sent today. I might get a quicker reply from them here that wait for a email response since you can’t reach them by phone. I wish I could download my pics I sent to them as well but I don’t see that option here. The first box had a broken handle which cut my finger when I took it out of the box. (See 1st picture below) The second box looked like it was dragged through a desert. Not only was the box messed up, the container was broken in a corner and is all full of dust like it was sitting in a warehouse for a very long time. Both boxes had the packages pour out when removed from the boxes. How would you like to fix this? So that tells me that air must have gotten and hardened them. Another but very important issue is that I couldn’t find on package that showed an expiration date. How do I know when these were packaged? Every package had a dusty residue. Please respond to my concerns ASAP. In that 2 hour hold time, I was able to go through your product and read complaints on Trust Pilot, many being the same as what I have experienced so far, with no resolution. And I not going to hold my breath waiting for a call back as I have also read that you don’t call back as your customer service is non existent. As a matter of fact, you have 53% 1 star ratings with a 2.4 out of 5 rating. If I had seen this earlier I would not have ordered. So with this kind of experience I do not want to do business with you and would like to restart a return process of my order. I was willing to let you make this right but your reputation is just terrible and makes you untrustworthy. Let me know on how to proceed please. In response to a Frank Bates request, I would like to provide my positive review. I have found 4patriots to be very credible in their service supplying outstanding value and up to date products for those interested in preparing for natural and man-made disasters up to and including an EMP attack. Working with and attending weekly webinars hosted by Seth, Morgan and Shelby have helped immensely, offering encouragement and technical expertise on products and survival solutions in a multiplicity of potentially deadly scenarios. Having contact with those I engage on a weekly basis has resulted in very positive and collaborative relationships. Any issues related to initiating and servicing orders with this team have further enhanced this relationship resulting in a very helpful and educational environment.

I have ordered multiple times these past few years. My orders have ALWAYS arrived in a timely manner and NEVER in bad condition. I will continue to purchase emergency items from 4Patriots because they have quality products that will be the sustenance for my family in the event of catastrophic power failure or economic breakdown. I just wish the Patriot Power Generator 2000X was in my price range. :)

4Patriots is a company that is easy to use. People are very nice and polite when I called with questions. Great products from meat to dried fruits. Made several dishes and each delicious and very easy to make. Love the payment plan for bigger items and kits. Have also bought things for kids which they appreciate.
