I was excited to have my new camera. After 3 weeks my camera never arrived. I sent a couples of email asking about my product. Without any solid response I decided to call them and the told me the camera was sold out and they were going to proceed to refund my money back. After 2 days I received my money back. It was a shame have to wait 3 weeks to hear that, also I lost the opportunity to buy it in another place within a reasonable price.

Ordered it on a Friday , received it on a Tuesday. Brand New in box and good customer service . Love the lens, I'll be using it for events and parties .

First, If you please Take a look at my order placed, see how it matched up with sent by your people. In general it was, but not close on the specifics. My other problem was the length of time before shipping. Believe it took around ten days to ship across the country. Could have had it out of China faster and cheaper

Since it was my first experience with 4k4less so I was nervous but once I got new brand product in very less price within a week, I was very happy about the deal...

I would give them 5 stars. But the reason 4, because i bought the DJI Phantom 3 Advanced on Black Friday. Called 7 days later. They said they were out. So they would send the Pro. Never did. I am now getting my drone. Black Friday was 3 WEEKS AGO. But overall they were a good company. I will buy from them again. Despite the shipping issue!

Got my camera in exactly a week! I received a call from 4k4less to verify my order and I asked the man if the camera came with a battery. He said no, so I ordered some from amazon and when I received my package there was a battery! Other than that this site is good!
