My shopping experience was better than expected. I bought my drone with the “fly more kit” at the lowest price I could find and delivery was super fast. I definitely recommend 4K4Less.

I purchased a kit, which gave me any option I wanted on how to mount my GoPro. It was a very great investment. I did pay to upgrade my battery to a 4 hour battery and I’m not sure if it was that battery or the other supplied battery but it only last 6 minutes of recording. I haven’t had the opportunity to try the other battery but overall I am satisfied with this purchase.

I liked the thoughtfulness of the person i spoke with he wanted to make sure that I was informed about my options. I really appreciated that.

Was worried I wouldn't receive my camera on time before I left for vacation but when they called to verify my order the customer service representative made sure I would receive it. Excellent customer service and excellent equipment. Thank you

Spoke with woman by the name of the Larsa on 9/27 & 10/8 who stated they purposely & intentionally sent me the wrong lens & are not providing me with a return label to send back the incorrect item. She also hung up on me during a call when questioned about a shipping label.

Shareable. Misrepresents their products and absolutely terrible customer service. Very arrogant people. Do not buy from here

First experience buying from 4K but I won't hesitate to shop with them again. I ordered a rather expensive camera from them last Tuesday and it arrived in Minnesota Friday afternoon. 3 days. That's pretty fast to me. My point of contact was Peter. There was no pressure to buy add on accessories or upgrade packages as many places do. He told me several different things were available and I told him I would get back to them when I determind what I needed. That was it. One fact you need to consider. This camera is what they consider an international version. The ONLY difference is that it comes with electric plugs and cords for the battery charger for European and Asian countries as well as USA. There is no one year manufacturer limited warranty from Panasonic. For a $300. savings over ANY local retailer in the US, I am taking a chance that 4K will stand behind this sale. I'm still learning about this camera, but so far, it works perfectly. That's all Panasonic would have covered anyway. Do your homework and read the reviews. I am 100% satisfied!

I placed an order for a refurbished drone and was told that they do not have any in stock and asked if I would like to purchase a new one. This website is a scam and shady. What kind of inventory system do they have? Any other company that's legit would've attempted process order and if item is no longer in stock would refund me. It took for me to call after several days of placing order in order for them to tell me this.
