I bought the pet tincture for my 2 rescue dogs that had spent years in crates, had no coping skills for life, and were terrified of everything. The vet wanted to prescribe prozac, but I wanted a more natural solution with less potential side effects. It took awhile to get the dosing right. Although my 2 girls are mother and daughter and the same size, 1 dog needed a 3X higher dose. Once the dosing was perfected, the results were nothing short of amazing. The dogs were able to relax and start interacting with us and their environment which allowed us to train them and introduce them to the world around them. I gave them twice daily doses for several months and then was able to begin to only give them the medication when they would be faced with a stressful situation like a vet visit. Now, almost a year later they are relaxed, confident dogs filled with curiosity and joy like every dog should be. I honestly believe using this product is largely responsible for their happy outcome.
