Hi Rebecca, I am so sorry to hear your package did not make it to you! I just checked the tracking info and it looks like it is likely been lost within the postal system. I will be getting a replacement package sent out right away and emailing you tracking info.

Shipping is NON existent
Shipping is NON existent. Tracking says its out for delivery one day, next time, the shipment is in a different State. Emailed and called the company with no result or answer.

Hi Derek, Thank you for the feedback. It was never our intention to give you that experience. I looks as though the product finally arrived on the 21st, but that it should have arrived by 08/13/2020. We're going to speak with the local post office to see if they have some insight as to delays within their system recently. When looking through our emails, I can't seem to find any messages from the email address provided with your order, so I will check the contact page at our site to see if it's working. I'm having trouble finding a number matching yours in my phone's history as well, so did you maybe call from an alternate number to the one provided with your order? We ask because we'd like to troubleshoot any weak links in our communication chain. We appreciate your patience, and if given the opportunity, we would like a chance to earn your business back.
