3HLinenReviews of 3hlinen.com

I was so happy finding this company online. I have been looking for an extra long shower curtain to no avail, so to find a company that can custom make one out of beautiful linen fabric was a great find. I wasn’t sure of the color I needed via the online photos, so I sent for the free sample fabric swatches. They arrived in just a few days. So many beautiful colors, and wonderful texture! I know I’m going to be quite pleased with the finished product.

Here's a story...about customer service. I placed an order for Roman Shades on Feb 8. I was unaware that production is located in Poland (my fault for not researching before I ordered). The shipment arrived via Fed Ex to the US in a few days, post production. Fed Ex let both me and 3HLinen down. The shipment sat in Memphis for days upon end, without an answer for why. 3HLinen communicated throughout the delay and even reimbursed me for the extra fee I had paid for faster delivery. I was very unhappy at the start of the delay, but by the time I received my order, I realized how excellent the customer service was. Fed Ex, on the other hand-just be aware of international shipping issues with them. The shades are very high quality and attractive.

I ordered blackout curtains for my bedroom and they worked out great. The linen looks beautiful, the blackout lining does its job, and the whole process was easy and smooth thanks to the team.

The quality is noticeably higher than typical ready-made curtains and feels much more refined.

In my 78 years of living, this linen bedding surpasses all, even luxury hotel linen in Japan. I am a textile artist showing in the Torpedo Factory. So I know my fabrics. Further, the execution by the seamstresses is perfection. Vicky was responsive and kept me informed of the progress of my custom order. I will purchase again and highly recommend this luxury company. Get it, You are worth it!

Works very well and helps control light and temperature without feeling heavy.

I really appreciate how breathable and natural the linen feels. It allows daylight to filter through gently, creating a soft and calming atmosphere, while still offering enough privacy for everyday living. The balance between light and coverage is just right, making the space feel open yet comfortable.

The color in real life is soft, natural, and very refined. It doesn’t look flat or artificial and works beautifully with both neutral and warmer tones in my interior. What I love most is how easily it blends into the space while still adding depth and character. It looks even better than I expected based on the photos.
