I had a small question after placing my order and received a quick, helpful response. It was refreshing to deal with a company that takes customer questions seriously.

Everything about the ordering process felt organized and professional. Updates were clear, delivery arrived on time, and there were no surprises along the way.

We recently completed a remodel of our outdoor pool deck, and my wife thought adding curtains would be a lovely finishing touch. We ordered 8 Triple-Weave Outdoor Blackout Pergola Curtains (66"/86") with metal grommets — a custom order that took 24 days. Throughout the wait, Vicky, the founder, and Sarah, the Customer Care Manager, kept us well informed with timely updates, which we really appreciated. The curtains were absolutely worth the wait. The quality is exceptional — outstanding materials, solid construction, and a beautiful finished look. They completely transformed our pool area. In fact, they've inspired my wife with ideas for even more curtains throughout the space, so we'll definitely be back!

We love the curtains. The quality is wonderful. We're looking forward being comfortable and lower heating bills this winter. Customer service is 10 Stars. If you're a fan of quality, this is the place to shop.
