I order sculpfun s10 extended + rotary. They shipped the machine surprisingly fast. The issue is they did not send the additions I paid for. I only got the default sculpfun s10, no rotary, no extension, even though I paid for it. I am pretty dissatisfied. I have been trying to contact support for days. They dont answer the phone, they don’t return voicemails, they haven’t returned my email, and they haven’t returned my live chat on their website. I am not sure who is managing this operation but how does one get support around here? EDIT: from 2 stars to 5. Dave responded by email and quickly made sure to get the entirety of my order shipped out. Problem is solved and everyone is happy.

We ordered a Makerbot Sketch and it arrived quickly . The machine was in perfect condition and shipped fast . Price was also less than Amazon. Wonderful company to work with .

Order #3DW148022 placed in May and they never shipped the order. Reached out to them multiple times. Such a scam.
