I sent in my frames to have replacement lenses put in. Weeks go by and I don't hear anything. Finally I saw a refund appear in my bank account and I logged into my account to find my order has been cancelled. I called the company and they told me they broke my frames. No apologies. I asked if they would give me some sort of credit for breaking them. They essentially told me "no it's in our terms and conditions that we can break your glasses without consequences" FU corporate scum.

I have bought several pairs of glasses from this company, and I highly recommend them. First, there are no hidden fees. You can choose add one, but you know up front how much more that will cost you. Second, I chose the Lancaster frames for my most recent purchase, and they are the sturdiest, most durable frames I have ever owned. I am tough on frames, and usually break them within weeks of receiving them. Then I spend energy and time rigging them however I can to stretch out the time between ordering new glasses. I've had these ones for several months, and despite being dropped, slept on, and stepped on, they are still holding together as well as they were on day one. Bravo to 39dollarglasses.com

User interface was amazing

I requested night glasses, which cost a bit more than standard. What does labeling "night glasses" really mean? You would think it already had something like "yellow tint" to aid in night driving. I still got lots of glare from oncoming cars at night.

They sent me back my expensive new frame which was to be fitted with lenses. they sent them back by USPS without lensing them. USPS misplaced the shipment. when i tried putting in a claim USPS didnt allow it because the sender already put in a claim. instead of informing me (which btw they promised to do on a email) that their claim was denied and so giving me the chance to appeal within 30 days, they didnt inform me and let the 30 days pass. USPS closed the case and refuses to reopen it. 39dollarglasses is refusing to reimburse me my own frames.

Was easy to place my order with just the paper work I was given from the optometrist and easy to follow directions.
