Glasses' frames cracked and broke (& can no longer hold one of the lenses) in less than a year of normal use. I paid over $150 dollars for them and since it's past 90 days, I cannot return or exchange them. I have an older pair of Warby Parker glasses and and even older pair of Zenni glasses that held up better. Neither of those frames cracked and broke and they cost about the same or not that much more. I'd suggest buying from them instead.

I found very flattering frames that I love, the service was good and the price was very affordable. But the frames were understandably cheaply made with fragile plastic that broke within the first month. Hopefully the company will replace the frames at no cost.

called customer service because their discount would not work. NO help . someone needs training or perhaps the system is designed to not apply.

i bought a pair in April and the lens was yellow. I did not see that in the description. I returned it and they made me a new pair. Service was great and they were very helpful. I paid for the upgraded coating thinking it would be a better product. 4 months later the coating is smudged and wearing off and I am not longer under warranty. I was told this is from normal wear and tear or using harsh chemicals or rough paper towels, which I do not use. I have always cleaned my glasses with eyeglass cleaner and micro fibre lens cleaning cloths and have never had them wear in 4 months I was disappointed to learn that this more expensive lens should wear out so fast.

I've only had these glasses for a few months and the frame is broken. They experienced no trauma other than being gently removed from my face. It's not even broken at the common hinge or screw point- rather where the side arm meets the lens frame.

I loved the style of these glasses, but I’ve bought two pairs and both of the frames cracked within a short period of time (about 4 months on the first pair and less than a month on the second). The frames would crack out of the blue while I was wearing them - not after a drop or anything. Disappointing because I do love how these look and how light they are.

They advertise free returns, but the fine print that full refund does not apply to some lenses (progressive and others) is kept almost secret. Processing and shipping is kind of slow, takes about 2 weeks. First pairs I ordered I was upgrading my package and finishes: when asked about 'workspace', I thought, "sure, I use my glasses at the computer as well, add that." It was not clear when I clicked this add-on that this was intended for people who wear glasses ONLY when using a computer. I wear my glasses all the time. So, sent those 2 pairs back for "free returns" and was charged 30% stocking fee, and exchanged one pair for a new frame. Despite not checking "workspace" this time, 3rd pair was still a little blurry, something off. Sending these back. In the end: no glasses from them and I lost about $200 in the whole thing and wasted 2 months time. I went with another more trusted online company. $39 may work for some, but don't expect to really get 'free returns' if you wear progressive or some other lenses. I won't use them again!

UPDATE(8/23/24) Was told yesterday they would be ready and shipped 2 day express. Called today and was told they have no record of this and still don't have the glasses yet so no chance of getting them in time. Cancelled the order and they said they will provide a full refund.(Changed from 1 to 2 stars (same outcome but expect to at least get a refund). ORIGINAL REVIEW(8/18/24): Ordered sunglasses 12 days ago for a trip (20 days before I planned to leave)-still no response or updates on the status. (assumed 20 days would be enough time) It says 2-7 business days but some may take 1-4 extra on their website so they are already beyond the absolute max time quoted. Called today and they said they had an issue doing the tint so will remake. Asked when they will do this and they could not tell me. Asked if they could do express shipping once finished because i need them in a week and they cannot do that either. Said the lens maker will try to prioritize them but that's all. Friendly rep on the phone but no solution. My first experience with this company is not good. To be fair I will update and post my review on this site and others once I know in a week.
