As a chronic migraine sufferer due to a TBI, I was excited to order the Neurolux Duo. One pair fit perfectly and the other pair fall off the bridge of my nose constantly. As they are the exact same frame, this makes no sense. Additionally, since I am return shopper, I trusted ordering a "medium" frame, that is what I'd get, these frames are definitely LARGE! Really large. Overall, I'm very sad because I recommended 39dollarglasses & in particular the Neurolux Duo to my TBI community, now I will need to amend my recommend action with a "buyer beware"

I sent in my frames to have replacement lenses put in. Weeks go by and I don't hear anything. Finally I saw a refund appear in my bank account and I logged into my account to find my order has been cancelled. I called the company and they told me they broke my frames. No apologies. I asked if they would give me some sort of credit for breaking them. They essentially told me "no it's in our terms and conditions that we can break your glasses without consequences" FU corporate scum.

They sent me back my expensive new frame which was to be fitted with lenses. they sent them back by USPS without lensing them. USPS misplaced the shipment. when i tried putting in a claim USPS didnt allow it because the sender already put in a claim. instead of informing me (which btw they promised to do on a email) that their claim was denied and so giving me the chance to appeal within 30 days, they didnt inform me and let the 30 days pass. USPS closed the case and refuses to reopen it. 39dollarglasses is refusing to reimburse me my own frames.

I like the style of the frames, and the price was amazingly affordable; however, the frames broke after 2 months. I was wearing my eyeglasses when I heard a crack. The frames literally cracked and broke while I was wearing them! This has never happened before with any other eyeglasses I've worn. The frames can't be fixed.

the glasses came and the right lens went out of focus with just a 5 degree turn of my head left or right. Sent them back they emailed and said they checked the lens and no problem. I said refund my money so they did : Minus a 30% restocking, total ripoff.
