Bought this shoes for my daughter. They are good shoes, but start peeling in a week. Customer service offered a 10% refund, which is a joke, and they won't take the shoes back, even it being a quality issue.

Horrible customer service. I returned my shoes and never recieved my money back. When going back and forward for nearly 2 months with the customer services, they said “you didnt return the shoes”. Absolutely horrible!!!

Absolutely appalling customer service. I placed an order for trainers on the 25th August and although I received a notification to say they have been delivered, they have in fact not been. The delivery location that FedEx gave is at the other end of the country to the address I provided. Yet 361 have said its been delivered. I am currently waiting to hear back from my 9th email of which only 2 have been replied to. The shoes might be great but if something goes wrong in delivery then I would not recommend. I would just like to resolve what has actually gone on and no one yet seems to have looked into it. *Edit* after sending yet another email to complain and tell them im going to review on social media, I have now had an email reply back and am waiting for a resolution 🤞

The shoes arrived pretty quickly, they look exactly as they did online. They came up a 1/2 or maybe even a full size smaller than expected. Customer service has helped out and reacted quickly and we're replacing them with a size bigger. Impressive customer service all round. Kudos!

Shoes arrived quickly. They are a great fit and very comfortable.

Very disappointed. I bought my first pair early last year and loved them so thought I'd get a new pair this year. Within a couple of months, the shoes kept squeaking whenever I would walk/ run in the them. Despite having barely worn them and not worn them in the rain. I flagged this to the customer service team as they were faulty and they only could offer £22 partial credit. On a pair of shoes that cost £220. Very disappointed and doesn't make me want to buy a pair in the future which is a shame as I loved the first pair

Finally tried a new brand of basketball shoes. I’ve been wearing the same brand for years. They fit well, but usually didn’t last long. I pulled the trigger and bought a pair of Jokić and absolutely love them. For someone who hoops 3-4 times a week these shoes not only look fantastic, but are the best fitting shoes I’ve ever worn. The traction is amazing even on some dusty floors and after 9 months of playing they are still going strong. I liked them so much, i already bought a second pair.
