I'm retracting my negative review and giving them a fantastic review. I accidentally let my free trial run long and got charged. When I asked for a refund the customer service person wouldn't give it to me and I left a bad review. The next day, the manager of the company reached out to me personally to apologize and offer me a refund. That shows that they really do care about their customers. The product was excellent too. We found a mutual referral agreement template we really needed that we couldn't find anywhere else. Highly recommended!

Easy, fast, and no issues!

I needed a HIPAA release form to assist my 23 year old son with insurance claims and appointments. This literally took less than 15 minutes and problem solved.

I was looking for a Trust Amendment form on a Sunday and couldn't find it so I sent Chat Message and a reply was received the next day telling me it would be available in a week or so. The next day I received an email to tell me it was available now! I was SO HAPPY and Relieved to be able to update my Trust in a timely manner. Thank you!!!!!

As far as the product is concerned, I had a great experience with 360 Legal Forms. I used one of their templates to create a roommate agreement, which was very user-friendly, and ended up being exactly what we needed. My only reason for a lower rating is due to the lack of communication regarding my account. Initially, I had signed up for a free trial, which then turned into a monthly account. Once I was finished with the document I needed, I no longer needed to use the services. I would have appreciated a monthly email with a receipt of payment, or reminder of impending charges. It was totally on me to remember my account details, but more communication regarding account status would help improve the overall customer experience.

I used a computer at the library and the wrong E-mail was entered, when I went to cancel it would not accept my correct E-mail. Alfred at your place was extremely helpful in finding what the problem was and fixed my problem. THANK YOU ALFRED!! you were awsome!
