I gave them 30 dollars, couldn't down load the game and cannot get customer service to communicate with me. I asked for a refund 2 days ago and still just don't get a response.

They stopped my game disk from working before I had time to play it. The game is Borderlands and it cost me 30 pound. The disk did not use a game serial key but what was hidden was a security tool that disabled the installation. They offered no support over this and where dismissive in helping me go forward. A conversion tool was issued previously but nobody who used a disk could possible know this unless they joined their forums. Really unhelpful and made me feel like it was actually my fault that I can not play the game I paid for. Nasty company policy avoid

2k maybe one of the greediest company ever. They ban you without warning as well as constantly pushing you towards buying vc. I personally am not spending any money on the game next year and I hope all communities stand together and don’t buy micro transaction bs

This would be a great game if not for the microtransactions and terrible support agents. Their policies are extreme far as their rules and ToS. They will nickel and dime you until you give up. Odds for packs are horrible and never showed what could they be hiding?

Banning people in the darkness of the night then take you to the awful customer service circus -replies once a week without any solution to the problem, simply ignoring their customers and acting like a bully.

Most trash 2k I've ever played getting kicked off non stop lagging non stop people making right behind half court shots on a perfect turnover when it should be a jump ball I mean come on ronnie you should know better or get tf out of the way and let someone else who knows basketball take over. I'm not even sure I'll get 2k20 from how this one was. Worry more about the online gaming instead of all extras you could do. I could do better.

Me and the lakers were down 12 with 6 minutes then I hit 3 threes in a row 4 minutes left guess what happens next, Luke Walton takes me out of the game for 3 minutes I come in and we’re down 7 then it goes downhill from there.
