It’s horrible.

Everyone needs to get fired from this company or they're going under, first NBA now WWE. Luckily I got a refund on them both! Pieces of garbage need to be taken round back and be put down for releasing games this bad... ohhh the good OL days.

I contacted 2k support about an issue I had where I accidently overrode my mycareer save file with a myleague save file. As ridiculous as it even sounds that you can override a save file for a mycareer with a myleague when they are two different games modes, it happened. I had around $30 dollars in additional funds to get my myplayer to an 80 overall ( $30 to get to an 80? Ridiculous in itself) which is now down the drain as I have not heard anything back since 2k's initial email. I have sent in all the required information ( a screenshot to show my account, when I created the player, my 2k email ect) and still no solution. This has been over 3 weeks now. 2k support is the worst... advice to anyone who may be thinking of spending additonal money to upgrade your myplayer, " just "dont" do it". 2k doesnt care about their customers. I won't be buying the game going forward...

I just got 48 points and 23 assists on my player and you pieces of garbage deleted the whole game because your server wasn’t working and now I can’t contact you for the same reason. There will be a class-action lawsuit against you for asking people to pay so much money and give so much of their time to play a broken game

I have to say I’m very disappointed in this NBA 2k20 game. You have to kiss butt to the head coach to get a full privileges during games, such as subbing in and out of players. I’m disappointed on how ma y points you can score total in a game. Nowadays, you can even score over 100 points a game. I’ve been a gamer since the 80’s, and I must say I’m disappointed by the way this game has become. The career mode is better, you don’t have this so much story line that last year has. Please guys, you really need to fix this crap, it’s better to have full capacity on the game like last year. Nowadays, it takes you almost half the season to be able to sub players. And yet you can’t score over 100 points in a game.

Never buy from the 2k store. I ordered the special edition of Borderlands 3. Didn't arrive for release, couldn't track it or get in contact with anyone to find out where it was. Just a disaster. Would have been better off ordering from an actual retailer, the same item arrived a day before release for my friends.

Awful 2k. Spent some money on VC and my MYTEAM account has now stuck on the duplicate card screen. I cant sell or send the card to the auction house. I simply get error code a388169e whenever i try to do either. Great way to treat your customers 2K. Keep ghosting everyone. The fact that there is no phone number for support is BS. I will never spend any more money on any of your rip-off products. Just awful

I bought Civ 6 on their store over an hour ago I have still not received a way to download the game. The email I received said they could take up to two days to send me the steam key for the game, which is honestly ridiculous. I have never had to wait this long to play a game I bought. The money has been removed from my bank account, I should be able to download and play the game. I cannot imagine what would take them 48 hours to give me a steam key.
