This game has the absolute worst things lol the name it’s ass the game it’s ass

I bought 2k22 the day it was released I spent 300$ on vc and all my characters have disappeared and I’ve been waiting over a week for them to even speak with me. I’ve sent multiple emails through website and it just seems like they have no interest in restoring my game. At this I’m out of 400$ and if they were to even give the items I purchased still wouldn’t play that game just knowing what type of people they are. Personally I wish I could sue them but with the agreement they make you sign it’s kind of impossible. With that being I won’t ever spend another penny with company I wish there was something I could do.

Terrible customer support, got my account in a loophole thanks to nba2K21 having a bug and have been trying to get it back for 4 days now, I can not stress enough how unbelievably bad this company is, if only they lost exclusivity to NBA I would not set foot in their website ever again. Side note to 2K, that will fix a lot of your issues, just make your servers faster and update peoples data and password changes faster that way you don't have to worry about fixing peoples accounts that got mest up in the prosses of changing credentials.
