Got banned for buying MT which I didnt do. Ban note said if you think this is in error contact customer support. Sent ticket asking about the ban and how do I get it looked at and even how long it is. Got a cut and paste reply from the agent, so replied asking for answers and was told the same cut and paste, so I asked for it to be escalated and asked how do I get it looked at if its an error 8 hours later still no response. Worst service ever, seems they have people on customer service who have no idea

The wwe 2k 23 trash 1st my favorite wrestler looks like trash randy orton I paid 128 something for the pre order to get attire that I can't recall randy orton ever wearing in 02 it was the yellow strips and the back my have said orton shorts and the story line in my rise set me off I kept picking everything that would of been right for evolution but couldn't advance so it kept making me pick the wrong crap amd of course my guy gose against everything orton tells him and now he leaves the group the whole thing horrible if you're evolution fan it like they didn't even check facts and see and make sure it fit tired of using a custom star bring back letting use use any superstar we want my faction cards I got for my 128 dollars trash as well 2k dropped the ball oh and on of the loading screens it froze so it probably still has the same glicths as 2k 22 and in my opinion 2k22 looked better and why Cena greatest lose I hate playing as Ramon to beat star that way better then that trash and Ramon at 99 what are they doing grr

The support team is down right awful I waited 3 hours talking to this dude Luis F. I recently deleted the game because it is pure garbage, with deleting the game all my custom shoes and tattoos where gone. Luis told me to send proof that my shoes had left my account, I sent the video he asked for, BRO JUST IGNORED ME FOR 5 HOURS STILL WAITING FOR A DAMN RESPONSE!

Company is very greedy and doesn’t care about its community. Banning people for breaking TOS when they constantly break their own. They then go on social media and slap their community in the face daily and act like a pissed off ex or something. Very immature group. Shameful to see how low this company is getting. I will never buy another 2k or related take two product again

This is game is absolutely terrible gets worse year on year my 7’0 build can’t make a 20% contested layup when he is on a dude 8 inches shorter than him every time i green a shot the bar goes to white they keep making these updates and they all suck takes 500k vc to max out a build this game genuinely sucks
