Sam Sen has been a great resource and help in fixing our website issues. Our site was down due to some updating and technical issues. Sam was instrumental in working with the different parties, from my corporate office to MarkMonitor to realign the IP address and fix the problem. I highly recommend the services of word press for their speed of diagnosing the issue and acting fast to fix it. Sam gets 5 stars for being responsive, creative and diligent.

Moses was helpful to me in dealing with a frustrating situation. He took control of the problem and sorted it in a few mins after me trying for 2 days to get to the bottom of the issue on my own. Cannot rate him highly enough.
